Product Description

The processing line can continuously produce various kinds of chocolate products. It is an automatic PLC controlled equipment which consists of process steps of mould heating, nuts pieces mixing, accurate depositing, pistol central liquid-filling, vibrating, cooling, de-moulding and etc.The whole plant adopts the advanced moulds- automatic line and turning device. It also uses the step-lifting cooling system, the mould auto-oriented position system and auto detecting device. It can produce out good quality chocolate products such as "two color", " liquor central filling", chocolate and Pure chocolate products.
