Product Description

The range of compact kitchen offers a special design solution for chewy candy products.
The compact chewy kitchen is a complete and automatic installation ,starting from the raw materials handling up to the cooled product, ready to be transferred to a batch
Roller or extruder and the cut & wrap machine.
The installation combines an auto weighing and mixing system(AWS), 2 sets of batch(vacuum) cooker ,prewhip aerating system and a cooling drum.
It is capable for providing a continuous chewy mass supply to the next production line for producing a wide range of aerated or non-aerated chewy products, such as fruit chews, (white)milky chews, and chewy caramel.
