Product Description

The processing line is a compact unit which can continuously produce whistle lollipop under a strict sanitary condition. It is also an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.
UFEATURES:

2. In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional 

addition of liquid;

1. 2 dosing pumps and mixers for the injection of colors, flavors and acids;
2. This line can produce the "two-color  depositing", "clear" lollipops and etc..
3. Moulds can be made according to the candies samples provided by the customer.

there is 14 cavities on one piece of mould, the depositing speed will be 25 strokes/min, the capacity will be : 14 cavities per moulds x 20 strokes/min x 12g x 60min=200kgs/h.
