The processing(producing/production/making) line can continuously produce various kinds of chocolate products. It is an automatic PLC controlled equipment(machine/maker) which consists of process steps of mould heating, nuts pieces mixing, accurate depositing, pistol central liquid-filling, vibrating, cooling, de-moulding and etc.
The whole plant adopts the advanced moulds- automatic line and turning device. It also uses the step-lifting cooling system, the mould auto-oriented position system and auto detecting device. It can produce out good quality chocolate products such as "two color", " liquor central filling", "small nuts pieces mixed" (dia. Of the nuts piece < 3mm)chocolate and Pure chocolate products.
