The processing(production/producing/making) line is an advanced and continuous plant for making different sizes of gelatin or pectin-based soft candy. The equipment(machine/maker) can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.
The GDQ300 Automatic Gummy/Jelly (QQ) candy depositing processing line will produce Jelly Candy(confectionery) products.
The plant can produce jelly candy of two color and also center-filled jellies.
1.1Specifications:
1.1.1GDQ300 plant with "one shot" which can do " pure or two color" jelly and also "centre filled" jellies
1.1.2GDQ300 have 2 moulds wide; Each mould have 10 PCS X 2 rows units;
1.1.3The depositor is designed for depositing into two moulds (each moulds of 2 rows) at one time. For example, with 10X2 pieces per mould (this is be based on the dimension of the products provided by the customer) this means that the depositor will have 2 rows of 10X2 nozzles giving a total deposits of 40 units at one time.
1.1.4The output required is 2 moulds X 2X10 (units in one mould) =40 units per stroke, and with the maximum can be 30 strokes per minute, produces 40 X 30 = 1200 jellies per minute. The product's weight is 3G and therefore the output = 1200 X 3 X 60/1000 = 216 kg/hr.
1.1.5The plant length will be approximately 12m with the cooling stage of 8m, and the depositor will have the capability to run from 10~30 deposits per minute based on gelatin or pectin jellies.
1.1.6The plant will have approximately 350 X2 silicon or /aliuminium moulds(including the spares).
1.1.7GDQ300 will be installed two jacketed hoppers on the depositor. 2 separate oil circulation heating systems, including pumps and digital temperature control, will be supplied for each hopper.
