The ATC500, 1000 series are a range of highly flexible kitchen equipment for various types of confectionery, specially for the production of caramel or toffee.
It is a combined machine based on YINRICH® 's AWS system and twins cookers(TC). AWS-the system is used for an exact dosing of all the raw materials; Twins Batch cookers- each one can cook 2 to 3 batches per hour. The cooked mass will be automatically discharged into the holding tank below. From the holding tank, the mass can be fed to the production line continuously.
The whole plant is a weighing and high capacity cooking system for the simultaneous preparation of different recipes. Each cooker has a big opening for dosing of dry ingredients after the cooking cycle. The vacuum system is also added in the plant. The whole system is controlled by PLC through touch screen(Human-Machine Interface). The operator can select, edit, save and download recipes, and monitor the whole cooking process.
