It is a specialized design cooker for the high -milk toffee /Nougat cooking. It is a PLC controlled fully automatic continuous cooking system .It contains three sections:1)Pre-cooking for condensing the water 2) cooking mass with stirring device under low temperature and vacuum condition, which can guarantee no milk burning, 3) gas -inflation mixing section to reach a high quality texture of the mass; The three processes can be automatically completed under a complete closed condition., which can meet GMP's hygiene regulations. And all the actions are controlled by PLC. The milk can be added as your will. No maximum percentage milk to be added as a limit. Because the low temperature cooking, vacuum cooking and continuous stirring in the cooker can guarantee no milk burning in the cooker.
WARRANTY:
The buyer guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance at the seller's cost(FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
