The processing line is an advanced and continuous plant, specially designed for producing the weight below 1g of pectin- based jelly candies . It is an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality jelly bean products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.

Mould design: For making the jelly bean product(1g), one mould can hold 19 pcs /one line x 3 lines in one mould=57 pcs in one mould. See the appendix for the detailed Moulds drawing .
Output: The GDQ450A also can be designed to deposit a 6 pcs of moulds at one time, of which one stroke can yield :( 19x3) pcs of one mould x 6 pcs of mould per stroke=342 pcs of jelly candies at one time. That is say to say ,we will install 342 pcs of the pistons per hopper.

2). Two Copies all Manuals of all major components bought from third party in English in Hard Copy
3). Two Sets of Completely Documented Installation Instructions in English
4). Autocad Drawings and Drawings in Hardcopy of all major components ( The drawing's legend should be in ENGLISH LANGUAGE)
5). Two Copies of Electrical Single Line Diagrams and One Soft Copy ( With all Legends in ENGLISH)
6). List of Spares and their Cost.
7). Material of Construction Certificates of all Contact Parts from a reputed party.
8). The Entire Ladder Logic of PLC in two hard copy and one soft copy should be included as a part of offer.
9). In PLC , we require at least 10 spare digital inputs, 10 Spare Digital Outputs, 5 spare analog inputs and 5 spare analog outputs.
