The JZ50 processing line is a plant for producing various kinds of cartoon shapes marshmallow which comes in a variety of colors and shapes.
PROCEDURE:
1) In the pre-mixer, all the ingredients to be dissolved and cooked. Then the basic slurry till the final moisture level is reached.
2) After cooking, the slurry will be cooled and mixed with a separate whipping agent solution.
3) Then the cooled "marshmallow base" is passed through the continuous aerator.
4) The product then be pumped to depositor.
5) The product is transferred to a cooling tunnel
6) The final is transferred to a packaging place.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
40% by T/T as the down payment, the balance shall be issued a L/C at sight confirmed by the Seller's bank, and to be paid at the presentation of the shipping documents.

Testing & training:
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging ,and US$50.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 30 days.
WARRANTY:
The buyer guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance at the seller's cost(FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance
