The batch jelly cooking system(BJC300) is for all types of jellies and marshmallows based on gelatin, pectin, agar-agar ,gum Arabic, modified and high amylase starch.
This cooking system is developed for the continuous production of various kinds of jelly candies. It consists of one sugar dissolving cooker(1), one jelly dissolving cooker(1), one cooling -mixing tank(1),  and two storage tanks(2) and a hot water circulating tank. The 5 vessels are located on a compact frame .All the vessels, pumps and valves are to be connected using jacketed stainless steel pipelines. It is an ideal cooking system for providing the continuous jelly candy production of depositing with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
40%  by T/T as the down payment, the balance shall be issued a  L/C at sight confirmed by the Seller's bank, and to be paid at the presentation of the shipping documents.
WARRANTY:
The buyer guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts or send the technicians to go to the buyer's site for repairing and maintenance at the seller's cost(FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
